Ideal candidates will have solid experience scheduling, planning, supervising and coordinating construction projects; ensuring the quality of work and materials meets standards and project documents; and that each project is completed within require timeframe and budget. Must have proven experience scheduling and supervising subcontractors and liaisons on the standard requirements of the site in terms of licenses and safety. Must be able to multi-task, be a good problem-solver, have a good understanding of the industry, the ever changing industry environment, be able to communicate with owners/architects clearly and precisely; and be computer literate. Serve as a company representative and point of contact with the public, owners, subcontractors and suppliers.
