A new 30,800 SF Vehicle Maintenance Facility for the City of Fort Worth Water Services Division consisting of a magnificent, 20,000 square foot, state of the art service area with 12 individual work stations. Each station is equipped with dedicated exhaust reels, air lines and a complete fluid management system. This building also contains a very convenient 1,200 SF Wash Bay with high tech pressure washer system and a standalone parts washer. The remaining 4,600 SF is dedicated office space, showers and locker rooms for the water department as well as a suite for NAPA Auto Parts that provides service technicians with readily accessible vehicle replacement parts
