Imperial Construction worked with the Parker County Hospital District for the rehabilitation of their dispatch office, new signage and a upgraded parking lot. The 1,200 SF dispatch building was completely redone and included light interior demolition work replacement of walls, and full interior finishes to add much needed organization and spacing for employees.
The parking layout and vehicular drives around the North and West sides of the building were revised to optimize traffic flow. A new retaining wall was constructed along Anderson Street, and a new covered parking canopy structure with power pedestals was installed behind the building to accommodate more emergency vehicles.
