As Construction Manager, Imperial completed the re-purposing of approximately 12,000 SF of an existing building shell that was not in use. The new building wing houses new state-of-the-art vocational classrooms, including a machining shop and welding lab, lecture areas, offices, restrooms, and extensive hands-on training equipment. In addition, a new 50,000 SF storage area was added to the scope.
