Imperial Construction worked alongside PBK Architects on the CMAR for TSTC Waco. The project consisted of 60,000 SF of renovations to the 1st and 2nd floors in three phases. The first-floor renovation consisted of a One Stop Welcome Center to service TSTC students and customers with the Apple bar concept (approximately 30,000 SFT). Second-floor updates included offices and conference rooms (approximately 23,000 FT). The auditorium was converted into a Multi-Function Event Center (approximately 3,900 SFT) consisting of an eSports gaming center that included new spectator seating, lighting, finishes, and live broadcasting space. It also consisted of a design that had the ability to move instructional equipment in and out for training purposes.
