The new and renovated Performing Arts Center is a grand initiative to revitalize and transform a 35,227-square-foot facility into a modern, state-of-the-art performing arts haven. As the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Imperial was tasked with overseeing a comprehensive overhaul of various crucial elements including stage finishes, theatrical lighting, sound systems, HVAC systems, and much more. This project involved phased construction within an occupied campus, necessitating meticulous planning and coordination with various ongoing activities to ensure safety and minimize disruptions.
