Imperial Construction served as contractor for the new 30,000 SF three-story classroom addition with a new storm shelter for the campus, with new courtyard, and soccer fields. Additional 26,400 SF included renovations to the existing restrooms and existing classroom finishes; reconfiguration of the administration area with new security vestibule; site improvements, new bus drop off lane, replacement of existing ramp, new underground detention pond, new fire lane loop, new staff parking, new drive approach, site lighting, and new marquee sign; kitchen renovation and installation of new equipment; MEP upgrade of existing systems, additional cooling tower, life safety, security, fire protection, and technology upgrades; replacement of the existing roof systems; upgrade off site sanitary lines; new landscape and irrigation systems.
