Imperial Construction renovated two schools for Arlington ISD simultaneously as part of a bond program. We partnered with the district and the architect to help bring the schools in line with other sites for educational equity. Improvements were made for specialized programs, including career and technical and fine arts/dual language, athletic fields, parking areas, accessibility requirements, safety and security enhancements, playground upgrades, and landscaping enhancements.

• Free standing canopies
• Retractable bleacher system
• Wood athletic floor refurbishing
• Replacement of interior finishes, flooring, lights, ceiling, paint
• Replacement of theatrical curtain/lights/rigging and AV system
• Major mechanical system replacement of chillers, cooling towers, RTUs and hot water/chilled water pumps
• Updating of fiber optic backbone
