Imperial served as construction manager for this new two story 81,500 SF elementary school building (with a 6,505 SF tornado shelter/gymnasium). The new school includes an administrative center; interactive art and music rooms; multi-purpose gymnasium and cafeteria; outdoor learning courtyard with access from corridors, art rooms and dining spaces; interactive media center; marker spaces; learning terraces; collaboration pods; outdoor terraces; parking and pick-up/drop-off areas. Following completion of the new building the existing elementary school, playgrounds, and parking will be demolished and new visitor and teacher parking, playgrounds + playfields, and fencing will be completed.
