About Us

Founded in 2000 in Weatherford, Texas, Imperial Construction began with a simple mission: to build with integrity, serve with excellence, and create lasting value for clients and communities. Led by President and CEO Jeff Jones and founding partners Jon Jones, Holger Kelley, Mark Tucker, and Amy Nolan, Imperial quickly earned a reputation for its commitment to professionalism, transparency, and personalized service.

From our early days as a local general contractor, we’ve grown into a respected leader in the commercial, educational, federal and industrial construction markets across Texas and beyond. Our portfolio includes award-winning K–12 schools, advanced higher education facilities, municipal complexes, industrial expansions, governmental sectors, and modern commercial developments—each project a reflection of our dedication to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

25 Years of Building Success

In 2025, Imperial proudly celebrates its 25th anniversary—a milestone that honors two and a half decades of hard work, trusted partnerships, and steady growth. As part of this celebration, we marked a transformational moment in our company’s history by transitioning to a 100% employee-owned business through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This bold step reflects the same core values that have guided us since day one: investing in people, fostering collaboration, and building a culture rooted in accountability and ownership.

We believe there is only one standard acceptable for everything we do…excellence. This standard is adopted from the highest leadership down at Imperial Construction.

Each year we dedicate a portion of our profits to a faith based charity. In addition, we also support our community by donating to organizations that help make lives better here at home.
