Jon Jones, our Executive Vice President, is a founding partner of Imperial Construction with over 25 years of construction experience. While his experience in the technical aspects of construction is vast, his favorite aspect of the construction management process is building relationships. His belief is that the relationships we build with our clients and colleagues are the truly lasting and valuable elements of any construction project. Mr. Jones has served in various leadership roles in his career with Imperial, including Project Manager, Sales Manager, Preconstruction Operations Manager, and now Executive Vice President. Holger Kelley serves as Chief Operating Officer and is one of the founders of Imperial Construction. His over 35 years of diverse construction experience have been invaluable to the growth and development of our company. Holger’s communication, field experience, and management style are his key strengths and help to ensure that our projects are a success.
Holger provides executive oversight and support for all ongoing projects. Mark Tucker brings more than three decades of industry experience to his role as Executive Vice President of Pre-Construction Services at Imperial Construction. Since launching his construction career in 1987, Mark has developed deep expertise in estimating and preconstruction strategy, supported by a Construction Technology degree from Tarrant County College.
Mark joined Imperial Construction in 2004 as Chief Estimator and quickly became a key leader in shaping the company’s preconstruction services. As a Partner and head of the estimating department, he oversees all estimating efforts across a wide range of delivery methods, including CMAR, Design-Build, Competitive Sealed Proposals, and Negotiated Bids. His collaborative approach and strong relationships with design teams allow him to consistently deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions that align with each client’s goals.
Throughout his career at Imperial, Mark has embraced the company’s leadership development initiatives, crediting them as a cornerstone of his continued professional growth. His leadership and technical expertise remain instrumental in guiding Imperial’s project planning efforts and ensuring value-driven results for every client.

With over two decades of experience, Chad Barnard leads Imperial Construction’s operations with a focus on delivering high-quality results across a wide range of projects. He provides strategic oversight throughout the entire construction lifecycle—from pre-construction planning and cost estimating to scheduling, contracting, and field execution.
Chad is known for his ability to manage large teams across multiple sites, ensuring each project aligns with client expectations, timelines, and budget goals. His strong command of safety standards, quality control, and modern construction practices keeps operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Certified in OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and CSI Training, Chad brings both leadership and accountability to every job, earning the trust of clients and team members alike.

As Vice President of Operations, Matt Even brings more than two decades of proven leadership and hands-on project management experience to Imperial Construction. A graduate of Michigan State University’s Construction Management Program, Matt has overseen large-scale construction and renovation projects across a wide range of sectors, including K-12 and higher education, municipal infrastructure, institutional facilities, and renewable energy.
Prior to joining Imperial, Matt played a key role in the delivery of complex structural concrete and heavy civil projects, as well as large-scale solar and wind energy developments—experience that broadened his technical perspective and sharpened his approach to problem-solving in the field. This diverse background enables him to lead with both versatility and precision across all phases of construction.
At Imperial, Matt is responsible for the strategic oversight of multiple concurrent projects while driving continuous improvement in scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and risk mitigation. He also plays an instrumental role in advancing the company’s long-term vision by developing future leaders, implementing operational best practices, and enhancing internal process efficiencies. Molly Praytor is the Marketing & Proposal Manager at Imperial Construction, bringing over 35 years of diversified office management experience to her role. With a foundation in strong leadership, analytical rigor, and comprehensive business and administrative proficiency, she excels in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Molly oversees the entire proposal lifecycle—crafting clear, precise, and strategically aligned submissions that showcase Imperial Construction’s strengths and values. Her mastery of computer graphics and publication tools ensures each proposal is as visually compelling as it is technically detailed.
Beyond proposals, Molly drives Imperial Construction’s brand forward through targeted marketing campaigns and a cohesive digital presence. Skilled in graphic design, publishing, website development, and social media management, she creates engaging content across multiple platforms that reinforces the company’s reputation for quality and reliability. By combining her interpersonal strengths with a commitment to excellence, Molly leads her team in delivering strategic marketing initiatives and meticulously crafted proposals that foster client engagement, strengthen brand loyalty, and support Imperial Construction’s continued growth.

Toby Burke completed his undergraduate degree in accounting at Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and received an active-duty commission upon graduation in 1986. After serving five years in the U.S. Army, he resigned his commission to attend law school, graduating magna cum laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the St. Mary’s Law Journal. During this transition, he also passed all sections of the CPA exam, providing him with a strong foundation in assisting and counseling on business-related matters.
Before joining Imperial Construction as full-time in-house counsel, Toby practiced law at a major insurance defense firm in San Antonio and later at Harrison Steck, P.C. in Fort Worth, where he served as President immediately before his employment with Imperial Construction, Inc. His legal practice focused on construction law, representing general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and design professionals in matters including construction and design defects, breach of contract, lien and bond claims, and OSHA violations. He has tried cases involving OSHA citations before administrative law judges and has argued OSHA cases before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
At Imperial Construction, Toby serves as in-house counsel, safety officer, and risk manager, drawing on his legal, military, and financial background to support the company’s operations and compliance efforts.

Wendy has served as the Human Resources Director at Imperial Construction for the past eleven years, bringing more than 20 years of HR experience in the construction and manufacturing industries. She is well-versed in all areas of human resources, with a strong focus on employee relations, and is a key advisor to the executive leadership team.
Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from the State University of New York (SUNY) Oneonta and maintains her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Under her leadership, Imperial Construction has been recognized as one of Fort Worth Inc. Magazine’s “Best Companies to Work For” for three consecutive years.
A dual citizen of the United States and the United Kingdom, Wendy is passionate about international travel and culture—especially when it brings her back to visit family in Scotland.
