North Texas Community College Renovation Project

Imperial Construction renovated the 3^rd Floor of this north texas community college building. The new space will be used for corporate services and a new training environment. The 35,000 SF project scope included conference and training rooms, open concept working areas, gathering spaces, huddle rooms, classrooms, storage, office space, and an event center to facilitate a Corporate Services Program Environment.
