TxDOT Sealy Maintenance Facility

This project includes renovation of an existing 12,000 SF one story building to a one story without a mezzanine and the construction of six additional site structures. Renovation includes reconfiguration of contiguous maintenance bay and enclosure of outdoor work areas to create new storage areas and administrative spaces as well as selective interior demolition.

The new site structures include 2,200 SF fuel station canopies; a 4,800 SF open truck shed; a 6,700 SF enclosed equipment shed with a 2,100 SF truck wash; a 1,000 SF open asphalt shed and containment; a 2,300 SF enclosed brine shed and containment; and a 3,000 SF open v-box shed.
