Weatherford Christian School Chapel
Imperial Construction managed construction for the new 11,250-square-foot Chapel and Activity Center for Weatherford Christian School. This purpose-built facility was designed to enrich both the spiritual and educational experience of students by providing a welcoming and versatile space for worship, fellowship, and campus activities.
The chapel features a large foyer that serves as a gathering space for students, faculty, and guests before and after services and events. Supporting amenities include restrooms and a sound booth with full audio/visual operations to ensure state-of-the-art performance capabilities. The centerpiece of the facility is a large sanctuary designed for flexibility, accommodating school-wide assemblies, performances, and community worship services. A raised performance stage enhances the space, supporting musical programs, student productions, and special events.
To further support the school’s fine arts and extracurricular programs, the building also houses a dedicated music classroom, along with multiple storage rooms to keep equipment and instruments organized and protected. The design emphasizes functionality and long-term durability, while creating an environment that reflects the school’s values of faith, fellowship, and education.
This new chapel building will not only serve as a central hub for worship but also as a versatile facility that enhances daily student life and strengthens the broader Weatherford Christian School community.
